ENGINEERING MANAGER
Seeking a highly experienced, hard-working and well versed Engineering Department Manager with both a strong practical and management background. Ability to read drawings and review design work is required.

The successful candidate should have a minimum 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in the Mechanical Engineering field with knowledge of steel construction, welding, fasteners, machining, bearings, wheels, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems and human factors. Successful candidate should also have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of management experience with overseeing a team of engineers. We are looking for a person who possesses strong personnel and project management skills, attention to detail, is motivated, and is a team player while running the engineering department. Mechanical and electrical knowledge of transportation/conveyance systems is a plus. Candidate must be computer literate and proficient in MS Outlook, Microsoft Word Excel, AutoCAD, and SOLIDWORKS. Knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for the output of the engineering department. Responsibilities including but not limited to monitoring action item lists and ensuring deadlines are being met, coordination with project administration team, ensuring continuity of work flow, accountability for task completion, supervision of time management as related to the engineering team, and conducting performance reviews of engineering team .

Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, very organized, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional language(s) a plus. Must have presentation and social skills to interact with vendors, management and clients; possess an articulate, precise phone voice (previous customer service experience using a phone a plus), and demonstrate excellent typing and grammar skills. Must be able to work under pressure, be willing to work with tight deadlines, be capable of multi-tasking, and have the ability to adjust to always changing priorities. Must be willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on workload.

Domestic and international travel is part of the normal working environment. A current passport is required.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Seeking a highly experienced, hard-working and well versed Mechanical Engineer with a strong practical background. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Mechanical Engineering field preferably related to engineering of AMUSEMENT RIDE MACHINERY. Knowledge of steel construction, welding, fasteners, machining, bearings, wheels, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems and human factors is required.

We are looking for a person who possesses strong project management skills, has attention to detail, is motivated, and is a team player. Candidate will work in the company's engineering department and should possess the ability to work well in a team environment. Mechanical and electrical knowledge of transportation systems is a plus.

INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic self-starter with 2-3 years of experience in sales and client research management. Candidate must be based in Baltimore, Maryland, and will perform client research and analysis to identify buying trends, qualify and track new and existing leads, confirm contact information, and to prepare reports for the Sales & Marketing Team prior to attending trade shows, conferences and industry events. This position requires an assertive individual with the talent to develop long-term client relationships. This phone/email based position requires excellent written and verbal skills as well as a heightened sense of urgency and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Candidate will collect, maintain and update client database; create a tracking system to organize and qualify leads; create and maintain historical data on area and customer sales. He/she will identify new project leads (learned via industry newsletters and rumor websites, press releases, social media and direct messages), and research/analyze the territory to determine the market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers (Latin America, Asia, North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia; also US parks by region such as New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, etc.) This job requires the ability to investigate to determine appropriate contact person for each project opportunity (owners, design companies, etc.) through “Google research”, business directories, direct phone calls and email. Candidate works closely with Sales & Marketing Team to develop relationships with new clients which may require more attention, prepare materials to support sales efforts (i.e., literature, internal reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.), assist in trade show preparations, client/industry meetings, seminars, and client dinners; and assist in preparations of new rides proposals (including prepare/send NDAs, review RFPs, organize/format requests for clarifications and responses). He/she will keep abreast of products and services, market conditions, competitive activities, and trends; and keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Seekinga highly motivated, experienced, and energetic self-starter with a background in Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge to handle fabrication/construction process and act as a liaison between our vendors and the client. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and be familiar with Microsoft Project.
Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Candidate must be based in Baltimore, Maryland. This position requires an assertive individual with the talent to develop long-term relationships with our clients. Being a phone/email based position, excellent written and verbal skills are a must, as well as a heightened sense of urgency and passion for exceptional customer service.

Candidate will manage action item lists, project schedules, purchasing to include issuing of purchase orders and payment to vendors, vendor and client contracts, coordination of global and domestic shipping, managing of onsite staff during installation, weekly progress reports on fabrication, customer invoicing and payment follow up, cost tracking to budgets, coordination of design reviews and meetings, interface with engineering department, as well as other office duties as assigned.
